Mondays………12 noon EST
Tuesdays……..6 a.m. EST
Wednesdays…4 p.m. EST
Thursdays…….6 a.m. EST
Fridays…………12 noon EST
Saturdays……..2 p.m. EST
Sundays……….9 p.m. EST
