I just went to my local CVS. I saw the neck straps ($4.99) with different UPC, so I didn’t get them. Does the deal work with UPC that is different than the one posted?

I’m not sure, Eve. Those are the confirmed UPCs that I’m aware of. You could always test the other and return them if it doesn’t print.

Just an FYI- the guy at my CVS told me that I wouldn’t get ECBs for the straps or protectors because the ad said specifically “prices start at $5.99”. I didn’t even try because my 3 year old was making me nuts! I took him so he could try some on for size. Teach me to treat him to new sunglasses! =) I didn’t get any for me b/c I couldn’t find a single adult pair for less than $12.
