Yes it was 4.99 at my CVS as well.(Wash. DC) BUT what a great deal especially on the Org. 8.99+ Revlon items. Mines did not have scented ones though. :( Oh well I have a ton of random colors now.PLUS CVS had some AWESOME 75% and 50% off cosmetic items. I was able to score even more very expensive nail polish for around $1. And to the above comment that’s really sad. They should really let you shop for her; def talk to a manager to explain the situation.
