Actually, according to CVS’ coupon policy, 2 coupons may be used on a Buy 1 Get 1 promotion.
So, you can use 2 of the $1 off coupons, making it 99 cents for 2 toothpaste!
If you have 10 coupons and a $5 ECB you should be able to get all 10 for tax only, depending on your state.
