If I load these to my store card, and I have a paper coupon that is a better value, does the computer recognize that, or does it just automatically take the e-coupon?

It may depend on the store. At Kroger, it will take the Cellfire coupon. On Cellfire’s site, they say that they don’t recommend using paper coupons and Cellfire coupons together.
