Yes, mine is Kroger but nothing is happening. I see the little banner/box that talks about the promotion but that’s it. Do I need to do anything?

After I logon, I clicked on that Cinderella banner – and, for me, it then stated “you did not win”.
BUT, just FYI, if you did Cellfire’s offer last week – “save 10 e-coupons and get $1 e-Q, after Nov. 16th” – I did find a e-Q for $1 off in my “offered coupons” list, and I had to click on “save this coupon” for it to load to my shoppers card card.
So, I did get this $1 off e-Q on my card now.

I think it awards it when you login automatically because I received a popup saying I was not a winner.
