Very disappointed! Black Angus has changed their policy about birthdays. I was wondering why I didn’t get an email this year. You don’t get to enjoy a birthday steak each year…only initial signup. After that, you’re outa luck.

I just signed up for free birthday dinner for 2018 got nothing back? Why still have offer out and you can’t get back to me? When I did this last year I had to call corporate office to have them finally send me a confirmation number on my phone to get my free dinner and I remember the lady saying they weren’t going to do team anymore cuz they were too overwhelmed so does that tell me the all the money that Black Angus makes and they want you to come there and spend money they can’t even offer you one free birthday dinner what a scam

For the most part, I have mostly been most satisfied with the food quality as well as the servers. Last year I received a coupon for a free steak dinner. It was received on my I-pad at home, of which I had wi-fi. The server must have been new but wasn’t able to connect with the hose wi-fi which would have been able to give her the code needed for the B-day promotion. So I was not able to take advantage of that offer & very disappointed. I’m not sure whether this is something that you must register each year,, but this being my birthday I was very disappointed to find that I didn’t have a B-day offer.
