I have since been to the store and the coupon link above IS for 40% :). They wouldn’t let me use it with the free item coupon, but you can make copies of the coupons and do separate transactions. They are also having AWESOME sales today :)

FYI, it says on the back of the coupons that you cannot duplicate and that they are a one time use only. Now that bath and body works has moved to a reward system where they personally mail out or email out your coupons, it is against their policy to except any replicated coupons that aren’t directly emailed to you or mailed to you. They are supposed to and often do say no to any third party coupons or replications
