My favorite moment caught on video camera was actually last month! My husband and I started our 5 month old daughter on green beans and our 2 year old daughter (who has to have everything her little sister has) had a melt down when we told her she wouldn’t like the green beans. Finally, after about 5 mins of her crying and throwing a temper tantrum we gave in. Well I must say I’m glad we did…after her first bite she looked at us with a “why didn’t I listen to you when you said I wouldn’t like it” kind of look. She started spitting it out, gagging and wiping her mouth over and over again. Meanwhile, our 5 month old was sitting in her high chair, laughing like she knew what was going on! Having caught all of this on camera is PRICELESS!!!

One of my favorite videos is one my daughter did of our dog, telling about him and his life. He died the next month and that is the last picture or image we have of him. We watch it over and over.

Gosh, it’s been so long since we took home movies with that ancient huge cam-corder. My nephew was a baby and now he’s a high school senior! It’s fun to look at those but a pain to take video now. I’d love to come up to speed with digi-video.

My Favorite Video was a xmas take, my mom and gram were in it with my kids. My son was just came home after being in the hospital for a month (he was 2.3lbs – premmie) and my daughter was 3. It was when my mom was at her best before the Cancer got her. When she died I had no where to go so I packed my videos and special things and asked my dad to hold them, well long story short , he and his wife sold all my things in a yard sale and didnt tell me till I asked for them back. They said they thought it was junk stuff……..

The laughter of my chidren as infants and toddlers…there is absolutely no more wonderful sound and sight to me than the giggles of children as their father plays and tickles them!
