August 11, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski

Join me every day this week for Back-to-School Giveaways. I’ll be posting 5-day giveaways at 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. ET to give you plenty of chances to win!

DaySpring is going Back to School with a Purpose with a faith-based line of school supplies designed to bring hope and encouragement to schools. This inspirational line can be found at Walmart stores around the country, and with designs like the cross at Nazareth and floral patterns accompanied by Bible verses, the products are meant to inspire your children to live life with a purpose.

Between now and August 21st,  participate in DaySpring’s Back to School with a Purpose campaign to help donate $5,000 to Adopt-a-Classroom. Join us in the #WithPurpose movement and share your thoughts and experiences about what it means to send your kids “Back to School with Purpose.”

One lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will win $100 worth of DaySpring School Supplies!

I want my children to be inspired by all of the beauty in the world. While they should be aware of the ugliness around them, they should always strive to create more beauty. Maybe, someday, it will finally win.

I want to inspire my kids to do their best and be proud of themselves. Along with that, I want them to understand that everyone can’t be ‘the best’ at everything, but that doesn’t matter as long as you do your personal best and respect others for doing their best. Self esteem and acceptance are big in my book.

My greatest desire is that my children will know Christ and find Him to be their greatest inspiration.

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
