Yes, that’s just a kind of suggestive marketing that is sometimes used. It doesn’t say that you can “only” redeem it at Walmart, so you should be able to use it anywhere.

I tried the link this morning & it worked for me, it takes you to the walmart website and there you follow a few links and the coupon prints out. It does expire 7/18/11 so you might want to hurry!
