I do not recommend the Kitchen Living Personal Drink Mixer. It did not last even 4 weeks. It was used exactly as instructed.

I am sorry that you had that bad experience. Mine is fine and working smoothly after 2 months, without problems. I did not crushed ice, fruits only! Each mixing time was between 5-10 sec.Do not fill it up to the maximum with fruits and have some juice/ yogurt already in the cup, that helps the mixing better!I am looking forward to buy another one for my daughter and send it to LA!
