can I ask what state this ad is from? I just looked at my ad tonight, and the bbq sauce is on sale for 99 cents. and my Albertsons doesn’t double coupons. I live in Louisiana

This ad is from the Dallas, TX region. LA should have the same sales ad although as you mentioned you may have a different policy on doubling/tripling.
