There is also a Target coupon for $1 off 2ct or larger markers, which could be stacked with this one (at Target, not at Walgreens!)

this wk at WAGs the 4 pack IS 1.99, the 2 pack are .99…. Last week WAGS generic 4 packs were .99 and they substituted the expo markers so this would have been great last wk for the 4pks. but u should be able to get the 2pk for free according to the Q.

u could essentially print 2 of the Q’s and get 4 2pks for free.

Tried it today, but the Q wasnt scanning. The cashier said that it was only for the 4 pk (as pictured). I told her it said off ANY 2 pks and she said it was off any 2 – 4 pks since that was what was pictured. I gave up and will try again another day. :(

What a PITA Walgreens is (at least in my area). I printed two of these Qs to use on (4) 2-pks of markers: 99cents x 4 = $3.96. However, the first ! scanned ok. But, the second Q wouldn’t scan because there was only $1.96 left in expo markers (I did have other items, so it wasn’t like they were going to pay me). It took the cashier calling a manager and she had to use a CALCULATOR to figure out that the second coupon needed to be adjusted to be $1.96 instead of $2. OMG – people were backed up behind me and throwing a fit. Quite embarassing! It was a great deal, thanks for the post. WG just sucks!

Does Dollar tree take Q’s? Mine has these 2 packs for $1 all the time. I try to go to Walgreens when I know my favorite cashiers are working. I usually just ask them when they usually work so I don’t have to deal with some of the other people.

I had the same problem at Walgreens. I had 2 coupons and 4 packs of markers. So I had them ring 2 packs separately, added a 9 cent sharpie highlighter they had on their counter so the total went over $2.00 and then a manager had to manually enter my coupon. I wasn’t going to give up. They didn’t want to do it but I just kept standing there until they figured it out. I paid total of 16 cents for the 4 pack of dry erase and 2 highlighters.

no luck here with the coupon on the 2 2-packs either. super bummed! it wouldn’t scan, and she just looked at me, and said, “Sorry, it won’t work!” I didn’t know what to say, and there were people in line, so i left in a disappointed slump!

with this coupon you can get another great deal starting 8/14.
    Buy 2 Expo washable dry erase markers 6pk $3.99 each total= 7.98
Use the $2/2 coupon plus use 2 of the $3/1 walgreens coupon found in the August coupon booklet (will deduct $6) total in coupons = $8 so u get two 6pks for free.

I was told by the cashier that walgreens won’t take coupons for $2 off if the total of .99+.99=1.98 for the markers is less than the coupon!

Mine went through just fine but I had other stuff with it, so you could try adding an item or ask them if they can adjust the price of the coupon down. I haven’t had to do the second one myself but I’ve several comments saying that they had to have the manager adjust the price. Good luck

You have to add another item to the pile BUT find the cheapest thing you can find and would use like the 11cent penway folders!! Your total should be 7cents for all 3 items if you buy 2 packages of expo markers and a folder.
