Kroger: Kraft Barbecue Sauce Moneymaker

May 13, 2009 by Tara Kuczykowski 18 Comments

kraft-couponsKraft Barbecue Sauce is just $0.08 each at Kroger after the $1/1 Kraft printable.

However, Marcy from Stretching a Buck found a great Catalina deal to pair with it to turn it into a moneymaker!

Through 5/24, when you buy Kraft BBQ Sauce:

  • Buy 4, get $2 toward your next purchase
  • Buy 5, get $2.50 toward your next purchase
  • Buy 6 or more, get $3 toward your next purchase

So buy 6 sauces, use 6 coupons, and pay only $0.48 out of pocket and get a $3 Catalina to use on your next purchase!

Read this out loud to my husband… suspect I will have to be haunting your blog all summer now. ;)

Did I mention that I told him how awesome YOU are too? :)

How do you know if your kroger is participating in the catalina promotion? Is there a way to check before you buy?
Love your blog………you do a fantastic job! Thanks

Meijer yesterday triggered a catalina, I had 7, and it triggered a 3.00 catalina… the price each was 1.19, not 1.00 at my Meijer.

I just got this printed after my last Kroger trip – after I had bought two during that trip and two during the trip before (my store has them 10/$10 so I was stocking up). I didn’t get any savings, so it probably has to be 4, 5, or 6 purchased in the same transaction. Bummer! Oh, well – I still got them for free!

LOL! You are too funny, Lucretia.

I’m sure Marcy got the details directly off the Catalina coupon that printed for her, and they’re generally company wide. I’m pretty sure this will be in effect at all stores due to the large date span, but if nothing else, $0.08 a bottle is a fantastic price to stock up on for this summer!

If anyone has a Pathmark close by Kraft Barbeque sauce is .77 if you buy 10. So free BBQ Sauce and you get back $3 when you buy 6. So a true moneymaker.

Glade Sense and Sprays are on sale at WalMart for 5.00 and with the 4.00 coupon in 5/10 SS this makes for a nice gift for a dollar. I found these at the Walmart on 23 north of Columbus and Bethel Rd. store.
Thanks Tara for all your hard work. Everytime I get a good deal at the store people will ask how do I do it and I always tell them Deal Seeking Mom is the place to go and learn.

My Kroger ( I am in the Atlanta area) only takes two IP’s per transaction. Since they have such a terrible coupon policy, I rarely go into Kroger now.

I live in NC and we have Food Lion. Their Kraft BBQ sauce was $.99 and I used my $1 off coupons. So, a 1 cent moneymaker but still didn’t cost me anything! Harris Teeter has it if you buy 2 you get 3 free plus your coupons!

FYI, This sauce was .98 at my SuperWalmart yesterday. You make .02 with the $1 coupon.

Oh yea, my SuperWalmart rolled back prices on a lot of the items that Kraft had coupons for…coincidence? :)

My Bilo has this on sale BOGO – .74 or .75 each bottle, gives overage with the $1 printable, free with the .75 off or there are .35/1 peelies on most of the bottles. I had 2 printables and 6 of the .75 off, made $3.50 on BBQ sauce today :)

My local Kroger store (Smith’s) had these on sale for .89. I bought 6 of them, 2 of which were the 55%more, and used 6 coupons. I got .66 in overage and a $3.00 catalina printed out!!! Awesome!

My Kroger has them 10/10 also I was so excited when I saw this today!! Ended up getting a not so coupon friendly lady checking me out. Was only going to let me use 2 of my 4 coupons, and when I explained that I”ve never had a problem before she told me that she would take them this time but not the next….well I dont have to get in her line either. Then when my catalina’s came out she was not going to give those to me either. But I did get them.

This is exactly what I was looking for since I didn’t know when the offer expired and I bought coupons from ebay. Sure hope they get here in time!

I have tried everything to get coupons for kraft BBQ sauce. Our kroger has it on sale and it has a coupon wrapped ontop for free lemonade. I am new to this so maybe I’m doing it all wrong but same coupons come up on everyones page but no BBQ sauce. Can some one send me a coupon.
