Please read, this will impact Houston Kroger shoppers in a big way; they plan on doing away with double/triple coupons as of April 13th.

Yet another way to take advantage of the consumer and utilize false advertising. My local Kroger refused to give me my free bag of chips unless I purchased something. Told me that one per shopper means “one who shops.” Gimme a break, Kroger!
