I can’t get the rebate form itself to print. I tried to print it with other coupons and I got something that looks like a coupon. Then I tried to print just the rebate and nothing happens.

Same for me… I just printed the rebate form and it didn’t print out. I can’t read anything but the terms. I think it’ll still be accepted, but I need to know what they want… receipts? upcs? what? It says you can’t mechanically reproduce it, but can you take a picture of yours and post it?

I don’t see the rebate form under any zip code I have tried. I think it may be gone. Anyone still have it showing? zip code?
