I had found out that you have to go diretly to redplum.com to print out the johnson johnson coupon. when I tried getting it from the link is told me it was expired but when I went to redplm.com I was able to print the coupon out 2 times.

I too think it should showing the buddies as free!
There are quite a few small stores here that do not accept printables but if Wal-mart stops accepting them I will be at a loss. That is just unacceptable.

Its not up to each store to arbitrarily decide they are going to accept them or not. As long as they fall within the guidelines they are acceptable.

Hi, this is sort of a general walmart question. Have any of you ever noticed that sometimes an item rings up at a higher price than the price on the shelf? I recently started shopping at a super walmart and within 5 shopping trips i have noticed this on 3 separate occasions. A lot of times the brand I choose rests on mere change that I can save, but it sort of frustrates me only to get home and see that it rings up at a higher price. Does walmart have some sort of policy about what they will do if this happens? I know harris teeter will give you that item free. Thanks!

It has been my experience, in California, that WM will have no problem refunding the difference for any item that rings up more than the price marked on the shelf. However, although they are supposed to refund 100% of the purchase price for the first of each item that rings up incorrectly, no CS rep has ever offered this to me. In fact, whenever I’ve asked for the 100% refund, the CS rep calls for a manger because they are completely (and perhaps intentionally) unaware of the policy. – If you want the item for free you’ll probably have to ask for it.

I work at Walmart in PA and this happens all the time. Department managers have to do price changes very often, and sometimes the price at the shelf came down, but it didn’t get processed through the system. In any trip to Walmart, always either write down the prices as you go, or pay close attention at the register. This always happens to customers and I just hope that it can change very soon. Does anyone use grocery coupon network? I came across it tonight and was just wondering. It said that there were ‘WalMart coupons.’ If you use it, what are your thought?

the buddys coupons are just johnson and johnson coupons that work on the buddys soap. i printed off my 2 coupons no problem.

I had a problem with my walmart one time and they said they didnt accept printables so i called corp office and he said all walmarts accept printout as long as the have a bar code and he gave me the link and said to print it out the policy and take it to the manager and if i had any more problems to get the name of the clerk and manager and to call him back. so i did and didnt have that problem anymore so always take the policy.
