Gen, you just walk up to the counter and ask for it. I was just there, but I took a printout of the web page. But, they didn’t have any because the deal is so new. The manager said that they’ll probably start coming in after the new year. You should call first.

Now this is saying with any online order.. But there is a bit saying or in store… I guess you take it to places like JC Penny to the Sephora counter and ask for it! Here is the fine print I found:

I worked at a JCP with Sephora and the gals that worked there told me they can give you a sample of anything you want in the store. They have these little pots that they put lip gloss, eye shadows, tubes for lotions… The only thing I can see having a problem with is it comes from the tester but Sephora is pretty good about if you TRY something, you’re not using the applicator after someone else.
