January 29, 2014 by Tara Kuczykowski 23 Comments

If you’re looking for an easy sloppy Joe recipe to use up that leftover sloppy Joe meat, these Cheesy Baked Sloppy Joe Cups are definitely the way to go!

If you don’t have leftover sloppy Joes, just make the recipe as directed and use two cans of refrigerated biscuits. In fact, you may as well just go that route, because my kids gobbled down these yummy sloppy Joe cups in no time flat.

While you’re checking out the recipe, be sure to leave a comment to enter to win a Manwich prize package valued at $100! It’s a nice one including a Calphalon pan, $30 grocery gift card, and more…

I can’t wait to try this recipe. It sounds great. We never have leftovers so I will make a full batch. Thanks for the tip to buy 2 packages of biscuits.

This looks wonderful! Because it is mostly just Hubz and me at home now, I try to make every meal with a view to using leftovers. This is perfect.
