This grab bag promotion has been going on since before Thanksgiving. Burts Bees is having problems with their ISP “s therefore some people cannot physically order nor can the actual company take a paper order. Very disgusted. Just trying to warn people, Hopefully some might get the correct ISP but still to this day I cannot

Do not order from the Burt’s Bees website! I placed an order 3+ weeks ago and they cancelled it without ever notifying me. I can’t believe that with people ordering items for holiday gifts, they would cancel an order and not even notify the customer. I took me sending 3 emails and 2 weeks before I even got a response from them about my order. If I hadn’t emailed them I wouldn’t have even known my order was cancelled! I have since sent them 2 more emails with follow-up questions to my order and have gotten no response. Their customer service is absolutely terrible! You will not get your items in time for Christmas and they won’t even notify you when they cancel your order. Do NOT order from Burt’s Bees!!!!
