I started drinking coffee when I was working third shift to put myself through college. Back then it was just what I needed to get up and moving and make it through my shift. These days, while it’s still a great morning pick me up, I really just have grown to love the taste and could drink it morning, noon, and night — and I often do.

    On a cold winter night I like to have either a cup of hot coffee with cream, hot tea with honey and lemon or a cup of hot chocolate. It’s a nice way to relax and warm up.

    I love coffee and hot chocolate to keep me warm, personally. But you also can’t go wrong with calorie-free tee… ;)

    My favorite hot beverage by day is coffee, but at night I need to switch to decaf green tea or decaf chai or I’ll be up all night!
