I started drinking coffee when I was working third shift to put myself through college. Back then it was just what I needed to get up and moving and make it through my shift. These days, while it’s still a great morning pick me up, I really just have grown to love the taste and could drink it morning, noon, and night — and I often do.

    At the end of a long day, I love to curl up with a hot cup of Peppermint tea. It is my cup of dessert without all the calories :)
