12 Days of Christmas: Breville Smart Grill!

Our family is big on grilling out, so it’s always disappointing when the cold weather forces us to pack away our grill until warmer weather returns. But this year we expect to enjoy delicious grilled foods indoors all winter long thanks to our new Breville Smart Grill!

We’ve used other contact grills in the past, but they’ve always fallen somewhat short of our expectations. The plates weren’t easy to clean.   • The grill plates on the Smart Grill are removable for easy cleaning. And even better — they’re dishwasher safe. Yay!

The Breville Smart Grill offers the latest in grilling technology with their Element IQ feature. Element IQ compensates for the drop in grill temperature when you place cold foods on the surface by injecting heat into the plates for rapid recovery back to the selected cooking temperature. This allows you to get those great sear marks that make for flavorful grilled meats.

    I would grill the delicious marinated chicken that my husband and I usually only get to make outside during the summer.

    I would grill eggplant, fennel, and zucchini and then make a vegetable lasagna with the grilled veggies. I watched Giadda make this today and can’t wait to try it.
