It says I already printed before. I’m guessing this isn’t a reset coupon?

Thank you! I saw they were on sale at Target yesterday, but of course I did not jot down the price.
There is also a $1 coupon on their Facebook page.

Both Alexia and Nestle today have told me I have already printed out the coupons when I haven’t! Yeah, I prinnted out Alexia coupons MONTHS ago but don’t they reset? What – it’s ONCE in a lifetime you’re allowed to print? Can someone tell me if they have the same problem and if there is a cure for that? And I never printed out the coupon for the Edy’s ice cream at Nestle’s! sheez
