From what I've read, only the planners are coming up with the free shipping. The credit seems to be taking longer than usual to appear. Others are reporting that it's showing up once they add an item to their cart and get ready to check out.
I added a planner to my cart and started check out and it does show free shipping but no credit so I didn't finish the purchase. Hope it comes through soon!
Planner... yes to credit and yes to shipping... all that there is is a tax amount. is the planner the only thing with free shipping>?

We are starting this offer by testing it with a small portion of our membership. Not everyone is eligible to give their friends who aren’t yet members $10 off. Once this trial is over, we will assess how well it did and go forward from there. If it will continue, I'm sure all of our customers, both new and seasoned, will be able to participate.
