If you have your facebook set to a secure connection (https), it won't pop up. I just tried, and it told me that I would have to change my fb settings to unsecure (http) to get the coupon. No thanks!

is this with the target price match? or is it a deal on it's own?

Our Meijer store in Ohio has these on sale for $1.67. So with this coupon, you can get them for $0.17!

Dollar General also has these on sale for $1.67, so only .17 cents there.

My Walmart just put 2 packs of these on the shelf while I was there. They were priced at $2.92, so after using the $1.50 coupon, it came out to a little over 70 cents per container. You can print two of these coupons per computer.

I live in Wisconsin and my Walmart didn't have these on sale either. However, there was one version (dual-wipes I think) that were on sale for $2. However, when I got up the register, they came up at the full price, so I had to have them do a price adjustment. It was still a good deal with the coupon.
