I went to my Walmart tonight & tried to buy the trial size Dial body wash (.97) and they wouldn't let me get the overage with the $2 coupon!! Said they had a meeting the other night & weren't allowing overage anymore. If I hadn't been in a hurry I would have argued this. Am wondering if this is just my Walmart or are any other ones doing the same thing.

According to the policy I read online, it said they may give the customer cash back or apply it to the rest of the basket. But you know what it also said they don't except competetor's coupons either, but the WM I shop at does. So you just have to ask questions about the policy at your specific store.

My Walmart store allowed me to use the overage toward the rest of my purchase today.

It is just your walmart and maybe some others do it also. I work at a walmart in missouri and we take coupons and if there is an overage we give it to the customer. I would talk to the store manager next time. According to walmart policy they have to accept the coupon and give you the differance because they are going to recieve the money they didn't give you plus the 2 from the company when they send them in.

My walmart will not let you get overage. So I was glad to pick up the lotion for free. I got 4 they did try to hassle me about it like I was doing something wrong. Mine are in the travel section. So they said they would do it. I also picked up the cascade in the 3 pack that's .97 cents it did beep but I got it for free as well.

The body wash is YMMV, my Wal-Mart does not allow overage on coupons nor do they allow a coupon for travel size

I got 2 trials sizes of the body wash at one WM and they applied the overage to the rest of my purchase. Later in the week I found full size bottles of the same bodywash on the clearance rack for $2.... oh well ...

Their FB coupon is down for the moment, but they're having a giveaway on Twitter when they hit 5k! http://twitter.com/#!/DialNutriSkin/status/95569240073048064
