We did this last year for DD's birthday. The coupon came, but the phone call did not. (Better than the other way around, I guess.)
my son got this last month and he also got a coupon for a free thomas train.
Yeah, my daughter got a card and a $5 off a $25 purchase coupon. She was disappointed because of the cool things other kids have gotten.
