I printed this out, went to use it, and Target lowered the price to $0,99. Target coupon policy is….coupon cannot exceed value of item :(

You mean lowered the coupon value to $0.99? Their policy is that if the coupon exceeds the price of the item, the coupon will be adjusted down. They don’t offer cash back if the coupon exceeds the price.

They lowered the cost of the item to 0.99. It says on the coupon “value may not exceed value of item purchased.”

Lemme go look at their coupon policy..I should have a copy in my binder.

Jennifer, the line you’re hunting for in the Target Coupon Policy is:

Coupon amount may be reduced if it exceeds the value of the item after other discounts or coupons are applied.

The price in the deal listed is $0.99. They should simply adjust the coupon down to $0.99 per their coupon policy.
