Multi-purpose recipes are always among my favorites, and I absolutely count this recipe for sugar cookies as one of my faves!
Just roll balls of the dough in some granulated sugar, flatten them and bake for an old-fashioned style sugar cookie. Or if you're feeling a little more ambitious, this recipe is perfect for cut-out cookies, like these Halloween sugar cookies.
Either way, this is one of my go-to cookie recipes -- make a double batch because I guarantee they won't last long!
