national oatmeal day

Did you know it's National Oatmeal Day? I know, I know, there's a day for everything, but I do love my oatmeal...

I was craving banana bread the other day, and thought, "Why not toss in some oats?" And so this oatmeal pecan banana bread recipe was born -- and I highly recommend it. My kids absolutely inhaled it!
