Easy Homemade Pancakes

Growing up, we typically made pancakes from a boxed mix, but as many of you know, we don't often use boxed mixes anymore. Instead I use my homemade Bisquick mix.


Many of you have asked how to make pancakes using this substitute, and I've shared one of our family's favorite recipes for doing so. They're just as easy as using a box when you keep the mix on hand!

31 Days of Homemade

I just wanted to quickly share with you a little project that I'm working on over on Unsophisticook this month! I've committed to posting daily for the next 31 days in the 31 Days in 2012 challenge, and my chosen topic is 31 Days of Homemade.
