I don't see anything about a free flyer on the website. I went ahead and signed up for the club, but still nothing. Is the promotion over, or is there something else I need to do?

The pop up had this

"The free flyer promotion has
expired, but as a thank you
for joining, we'll enter you for
a chance to win a $10
Target Gift Card for filling
out a brief survey."
