I did not have to become A Johnsville Enthusiast. I just filled in my info and they said they would send me A e-mail shortly. I got it right away and it said that I will recieve it the week of Aug. 9

Here's what the confirmation email I received says.

"Thanks again for helping us with Deli Bites. We're gathering the goods we'll be sending you, and we'll be shipping them to you during the week of Aug. 2. You should receive your FREE Deli Bites during the week of Aug. 9! When you receive the package, be sure to look for the sticker on each Deli Bites package (and tell others with whom you share the product, as well!) - it's how we get you the freebie coupons! Got my confirmation. I guess its gonna be like a package with 6 different tastes in each package. Like what people send out at christmas time. I enjoy my breakfast sausage as well as the bratwurst (these are my favorite, especially on a grill with a baked potato and a salad.
