Sends me to a blank page ... no coupon or no sample!

ok, blank screen for me, too. oh, btw, you don't have to put your cell #, that's just if you want offers by text.
SAme for me. Blank page. When I go back there's no mention of the makeup sample.
I wasn't able to submit without a cell number, so I put in a bogus one. Went to a blank screen like the rest. Noticed the phrase "status=tooLate" in the URL so I figure we're all out of luck.

I got the same as everybody else!!! Blank page. Then it goes to color preferences. Nothing for a free sample. I didnt do the cell phone offer either.

I contacted a live chat agent, and got:
Rachelle : Hi. I was told I could get color matched and get a free sample of the CoverGirl advanced radiance, but I don't see where to request the sample?
Sharmand: I'll be happy to help you Rachelle.
Rachelle : Thanks so much
Sharmand: We do have a color match tool on our web site. However we do not send samples from here.
Rachelle : Oh, ok. So is there a way to request a sample of that product?
Sharmand: Unfortunately no. I'm sorry.
Rachelle : So there was no sample and coupon available by signing up or getting color matched on the site?

I was able to get color matched without putting in a cell #. But no coupon link. I e-mailed the company asking them for the link. Whoever provided you with this offer, how do they know that there is a $2 coupon? When I clicked on the CG link for "How do I request coupons," I rec'd a msg that says that coupons are not available online, that I should check the newspaper inserts. I'm thinking that there was never an actual coupon offered with this colormatching deal. Bummer. I really love this Advanced Radiance product and use it all the time.

Weird, because it clearly says on the page "Receive free samples and $2 off coupon for a limited time only while supplies last." I joined the text club and nothing came through.

The site cherrily says i'm not eligible. Is it because i didn't provide my cell number? Unfair - I don't want text messages about make-up...
Wouldn't let me submit without a cell phone #. I don't have a text phone so I put in my landline phone but it said that it wasn't a valid cell phone number, so I made one up. No $2 coupon or free sample, tho.
