The $3/1 coupon is listed in our AD. It shows how you can get the OralB Pulsar Toothbrush free after savings. Also in our AD they had Get $3 ECB wyb $10 of L’oreal Lip or Eye Cosmetics (excludes clearance). I got two mascaras (telescopic and voluminous) at $6 each. Also CRT printed out $3/$10 cosmetic purchase exp. 6/6/11. With all that and the $2/1…getting the mascaras for $1 each.

Don’t know if this is applicable everywhere, but the Dover Men+Care Face and Body wash at my store rang up at 2/$6 with my EC card (not $5 each like the published ad.) So using 5 Dove Men+Care $1/1 printable coupons (link above) I got them for $1 each after $5 ECB offer!!
