Yes, Kroger does have different regions. Most weeks the items are the same but the prices may vary slightly. The list above is based on the mid-Atlantic region.

Ragu pasta sauce, there is a $0.50 coupon off 1 jar sauce. Makes Ragu $.99 a jar. Plus there is also a coupon when you buy 2 Ragu pasta sauce 2lb or larger you get free pasta up to $1.50. Makes for some sweet deals. The coupons are in Spanish, however they are manufacturer coupons. Krogers will take these coupons, and they do double.
On a side note: There is also a Cheerios coupon for $0.50/1 which expires on 8-6-11. Krogers doubles these, and when you buy 4 Cheerios you get them for $1.49 ea , use 4 $.50/1 coupons that double to $1.00 and it makes each box $0.49 each. SWEET!!!!!
