It sounds like the Catalina is being triggered by the regular shelf price, not the sale price. We don’t have a Weis around here, but this happens frequently at Giant Eagle.

I guess they’re looking at the Weis card as a coupon, and you’re getting the price before using the Weis card. I wish I could eat ice cream!
