Several times now a coupon will be in my account, I click to claim it, on address verify it will say error. I contacted Kraft and they say that is because the coupon is gone. Check frequently because it’s my understanding from Kraft the coupons are not reserved for you if in your account, but available for you at that time to try to claim if available. I love their site and have gotten great coupons just wanted to pass a little FYI along.
