This is probably a dumb question, but is a Target catalina coupon considered a Target coupon? Can it be stacked with a manufacturer’s coupon?

It should state on it whether it’s a Target store coupon or a manufacturer’s coupon. Generally manufacturer’s coupons will start with a 5 or a 9 also.

hey Jess… my walmart had a whole section of colgate toothpaste on ‘clearance’ for around $1.50… so you can check your walmart for a great deal with the coupon!
