Thanks again for the great find! Shredded cheese is an easy way to spruce up even the simplest dish. Ever tried a double-cheesy grilled cheese? All you do is make a regular grilled cheese, sprinkle the still-hot pan with shredded cheese, put the sandwich right on top of it, and do the same for the other side–adds a nice crunch to the toast!
