cvs limits everything..i dont see the excitement of this store whatsoever!!! i had a 20% off coupon on non sale items and walked out with 3 tiny jars of garlic powder..all their regular prices are aweful, 2 of the 3 coupons i brought in to use were out of the item and when i mentioned it to the store manager dont you think he would have at least asked which products in order to see if he had them in back or something..i was soo disgusted with this store AGAIN that i just wanted out of there…then they limit all ecbs and i feel like a kid in grade swchool when i shop there because they have sooo many stupid regulation on ecb and because everything else is soo expensive there is nothing to buy unless you like WASTING money…i will very happily spend my money at the walgreens right across the street from them..i will not step foot in cvs again

You’ve got to be kidding me, CVS is by far the EASIEST store to get great deals in with their rewards program, and their limits aren’t bad, it stops people from hoarding everything, and they’ll give you rainchecks if they’re out of something, even with the extrabucks. Their regular prices are crazy, but I buy what’s on sale and usually score $30-$40 worth of merchandise for less than $3 after extrabucks. Walgreens is the store with stupid coupon rules and RR limits. I LOVE CVS! You should really give it another try… check out iheartcvs.com, Erica breaks down everything so you get the most for your money, and even writes up detailed reports of her trips with pictures and exact pricing. :)

I just did the Dove deal today. The men’s body wash was on price cut for $3.00, so I got that plus a 6pk of soap and a women’s body wash for $2.25 each after Q’s and ECB’s.

I love my CVS. The store manager is awesome. Back during the Wisk deal, he made a trip back into the storeroom to find some for me so I could use my coupons. They really try to do all they can for their customers.

CVS use to be the best game in town(Atlanta area anyway). Not so any more.
RA wins every week lately. I never pay for body wash-we have a good 50 in our stockpile. So many freebies out there-Publix, Target and RA this week!

I’m a Walgreen’s fan too. I never have trouble buying multiples of anything with a RR. Just have them ring them up seperately. At least you have the option there, where you don’t at CVS. CVS here is MUCH higher too. In fact, I didn’t shop at CVS for years because of that. Now that I’m really into couponing, I go there ONLY for the sales. Hint – at Walgreen’s, go to the makeup counter and just BE NICE! That way you don’t tie up the main register with multiple ring-ups, and they (at the makeup) get some kind of bonus or something based on the number of customers, so to ring up multiples really helps them out. If someone comes up while I’m checking out a bunch, I let them go ahead and pick back up afterwards. Just BEING NICE goes a LONG way!
