I received a $3 off and a $10…I didn’t purchase more than $10 in Physician’s Formula products but the cashier took the entire amount off my other items.

    Hi,

I went and got this deal today but I do not know about the magic coupon device. Do all stores have this? My store actually had most of the products $7 off and the ones that were not part of it were tagged with 75% off. I also got some rimmel blush that was 75% off. You have to look at the tags but all throughout the makeup area they have 50% and 75% tags. There are some great deals to be had.

The $10 coupon actually printed at the bottom of my receipt last week, not from the machine.

I didn’t get the $10 coupon today, but I bought some eyeliner that was 75% off. I tried getting concealer that was $6.29, but they wouldn’t give me the $7.00 off because the concealer wasn’t over $7. The deal does say “concealer”. But they wouldn’t budge.

I went today but I didn’t get the $10 off!

Only had had $6 with me so I bought 2 solid concealer duo’s for $.99 each.

I’ll try again tomorrow when I have more money.

In Michigan – went today and didn’t get the $10 coupon :(, but did get a powder, and 2 concealers and a Dove Candy bar for around $9, still less than one would cost me – think I’ll go back again this weekend and stock up. Pretty good sale on cover girl mascara too.

I tried doinf this with the a blush and powder that were 75% off. The cashier said the $7 did not take off because of them being on sale already. (they were only $2.50 eac) She was really confussed about the promotion so she just pushed through $7 once to cover them both. Anyone else had any luck with getting a full $7 off clearance items?

The CVS I went to in IL had tons of stuff 75% off, and most of the other stuff was $7 off. I bought a mineral powder (6.29 after $7 disc), bamboo pressed powder insert 2.49 (75% off), mineral powder concealer 2.49 (75%off) and a different mineral powder foundation 3.57 (75% off). I got the $10 coupon, and when she scanned it, it went through fine and took off the full $10. For those of you not getting the $10 coupon…did you sign up for the CVS beauty club that was mentioned here a few days ago? I thought maybe I got this coupon because I signed up for that.

Signed up for the Beauty Club, but did not get the coupon. I only got my ECB from last quarter. Also the cashier would not take off the $7 because the items I picked out were clearance….it happened last week too on the Revlon deal; I didn’t get my ECB because one of the items I bought was clearanced. He told me that now “Corporate is making it so anything clearance does not generate ECBs or are included on the promotional discounts”.
I wish the nice cashier would come back to work; he always gives me a hassle ):

Cheryl, I had an experience similar weeks ago where I did everything I was supposed to be did not get the ECB. I called CVS and they were able to view my transaction online. They said that it didn’t print because the cashier had done a “price override” in order to put in the sale or clearance price. Although it did not print, she said I still qualify. So, she put it into my account from her end and it printed a the end of my receipt 48 hours later. You could try calling and see if what he is telling you is correct. It is possible that he is correct that it is not printing for that reason, but that possibly you do still qualify. Just a thought.

I went to my CVS yesterday and scanned my card. Out came the $10 coupon! So, I headed over to the makeup section and scanned the items. Found some great 75% off deals! Got Eye Definer for $1.49, 2 Shimmer Strips Blush & Highlighter for $3.25 each and Powder Palette Mineral Glow Pears for $6.49. WIth my coupons, out of pocket was only $4.82 with tax!
