FYI: Today, 11/23/10, I bought the reg. DVD set for $23.99, and I do not have a ‘free shipping’ account – but, I did get an offer to have “free shipping in Amazon Totes”, so I took it.
The offer of tote delivery depends on: 1. the product, and 2. your zipcode.
