I signed up about a month ago, but stil did the survey. On the last page of the survey, they give you a code that is worth $5 off your next purchase, valid through 9/20/10. It does not automatically get saved to your account (I didn’t have to log in, but I did provide my email address on the survey), so print this page & keep it!
