My husband bought me one of these for my birthday last year. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. So easy to clean with just a gentle sponge wiping. the recipes in the book I have tried. They tended to be a bit too ‘yeasty’ or ‘eggy’ in my opinion. However, the box stuff works awesome and on hillbillyhousewife.com (https://www.hillbillyhousewife.com/category/recipes/breakfast) that has a homemade waffle mix that is great too. *TIP* after you cook the waffles I put them on a cooling rack before I put them on a plate to keep them from getting soggy.
