I puchased a booklet of these coupons and decided that it was a great Halloween idea.. I told all of my friends about it. We had all decided that this is what we were going to do for Halloween. Well, I went to 3 of our local stores, no one had them??? Now what. Someone came up with a wonderful idea now , why can we all not percipiate in the Halloween booklet. Is this great idea only for certain areas?? That just does not seem fair. We are in Huntsville Texas and we want coupon booklets also
