It appears the rebate is only available from United….”original cash register receipt from UNITED”….as stated on the rebate form. Is that a regional supermarket? I am not familiar with the name.

I got this last week at Meijer, the rebate form prints at participating stores. I think the United part is just that maybe one of the stores taking part.

It also says it’s $40 of P&G products in ONE transaction. Submit ONE, original receipt…bummer. I’ve been doing this deal with the clearanced Pantene products over the past few weeks and it would have great to have been able to submit all of the receipts.
