I just registered, but there was no mention about how to get the free stability ball…? What did I miss?

I registered last time they did this promo and never received any email or anything to get the stability ball. Of course, I do receive their weekly emails with product info and such.

I just entered at the “ball” link but there’s nothing on it that says HOW you get your ball from Sears….like does it come in an email, will they mail it, print a coupon for it???? I’d really like to get one. Thanks.

The coupon comes in an email. I got my email shortly after signing up.

on Passion for Savings it says: “You will get an email with your coupon that has a unique code, then take it to your local Sears store to redeem.”

It’s a scam. I signed up TWICE last time, never heard anything…until the promotion was over…THE NEXT DAY after it ended, I got the email(s) that I had been waiting for that I could print out and take to a store for the free ball, but the voucher was dated “good through X/XX/12” and this was the day after that. It was already expired the day they sent it. I get tons of emails from them too, but never got a thing! I even emailed them and said, “Hey, you emailed me a coupon TODAY and it expired YESTERDAY”. Never got a response. Hopefully you have better luck, but I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting anxiously if I was you…

I signed up last time with the promo code and got a coupon for the ball, but the coupon was already expired and Sears wouldn’t help me out at all…what a scam!

I signed up for this yesterday and within 5 mins I had an email from FitStudio and within the email was a tiny little “x” inside what should have been a link for the coupon – I clicked it and it pulled up my coupon for a free fitness ball. I printed it out and then headed on over to Sears after work and the coupon scanned with NO PROBLEMS. :)

I signed up this morning and I got an email but no coupon or anything like that for the ball. Does it mean it ran out? I thought the offer ends 5/5/12 ?? Should I call them??
    Thanks!
